Hi my name is Timmy and this is my blog. I am interested in many things, but my passion is eating healthy by following a raw food diet. The purpose of this blog is to introduce you to my experiences, following a raw food diet, in the hopes that you will realise that it is the only diet which leaves you feeling energetic, healthy, full of life and ready to take on the world. That’s how I feel when I get up every morning.
